Claire Danes Among Winners of 2012 TCA Awards

Stage and screen star Claire Danes won the award for Individual Achievement in Drama for her work in Showtime’s Homeland at the 28th Annual TCA Awards presentation, held on Saturday, July 28. Bryan Cranston hosted the ceremony, held at the Beverly Hilton hotel.

Among the other winners were Louis C.K. (Individual Achievement in Comedy for Louie); So You Think You Can Dance (Outstanding Achievement in Reality Programming); Masterpiece: Downton Abbey (Outstanding Achievement in Movies, Miniseries and Specials); Breaking Bad (Outstanding Achievement in Drama); and Game of Thrones (Program of the Year).

TCA is a media organization of more than 200 professional TV critics and journalists from the United States and Canada.
