Bryan Cranston, Kirsten Dunst, Michael Shannon Among Winners of Saturn Awards

The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films has announced the winners of its 38th annual Saturn Awards.

Theater veteran Michael Shannon received the Best Actor award for the film Take Shelter, with other film acting winners including Kirsten Dunst (Best Actress, Melancholia), Andy Serkis (Best Supporting Actor, Rise of the Planet of the Apes), Emily Blunt (Best Supporting Actress, The Adjustment Bureau), and Joel Courtney (Best Performance by a Younger Actor, Super 8).

In television categories, theater veteran Bryan Cranston was named Best Actor for Breaking Bad, with other TV acting winners including Anna Torv (Best Actress, Fringe, Aaron Paul (Best Supporting Actor, Breaking Bad), Michelle Forbes (Best Supporting Actress, The Killing), and Tom Skerritt (Best Guest Star, Leverage).
