Bonnie Franklin to Appear on CBS’ The Young and the Restless
Tony Award nominee Bonnie Franklin will appear on the CBS daytime drama The Young and the Restless, according to EW.com.
She will play Sister Celeste, a streetwise nun who offers a helping hand to business tycoon Victor Newman (played by Eric Braeden).
Franklin received a Tony nomination and Outer Critic and Theatre World awards for Applause, and has numerous Off-Broadway and regional theater credits. She is best known for her starring role as Ann Romano on One Day at a Time.
