David Lindsay-Abaire’s Good People Added to Geffen Playhouse Season

David Lindsay-Abaire’s Tony-nominated play, Good People, has been added to the Geffen Playhouse’s upcoming season, and will run April 3-May 13, 2012.

The play follows Margaret Walsh, a South Boston native who has just been laid off from her job at the dollar store. She reconnects with an old boyfriend and finds herself in the burbs and out of her element, facing the question – is opportunity granted or earned?

In related news, the Geffen has also announced dates for Alan Alda’s Radiance: The Passion of Marie Curie, which will run November 1-December 11, with an opening on November 9. Daniel Sullivan will direct.
