Aaron Sorkin’s Hidden in This Picture Part of Squeezing Lemons Benefit in Hollywood

Squeezing Lemons, a night of one-acts that will raise funds and awareness for U.S. troops returning from the Middle East and the VFW Services, will play July 27-29 at the Write Act Repertory Theatre in Hollywood.

Among the plays that are part of this event, Aaron Sorkin’s Hidden in This Picture, Robert Beiderman’s Skipper, Dan Spurgeon’s Bugbaby, Mark Levine’s The Rental, and Mark Levine’s A Case of Anxiety.

Refreshments will be served both before and after the benefit performances which will also include post-performance, “Meet and Greet the Artists” receptions.

One week before the Squeezing Lemons fundraiser, Write Act will present Karma, a musical which tells the story of a middle-aged woman who travels through time to convince her younger self to change her karma by making different choices. Written by Susan Eiden (book) and Les Oreck (music and lyrics), Karma will play July 20-22.
