Falcon Theatre Announces 2008-2009 Season

The Falcon Theatre has announced its 2008-2009 all-comedy season. Dubbed, “Bringin’ the Funny!” this series will feature five plays including one world premiere, one West Coast premiere, and two Troubadour Theater Company shows.

The season will begin with the Troubadour Theater Company’s production of As U2 Like It, August 13-September 14, directed by Matt Walker. Richard Alfieri’s Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks will follow, October 22-November 23, directed by Arthur Allan Seidelman. The Troubadour Theater Company will return to the Falcon stage, December 3-January 4, with It’s a Stevie Wonderful Life with Walker at the helm again.

The world premiere of Surviving Sex by David Landsberg, January 28-March 1, will be the first opening in the new year, and the season will close with Everybody Say “Cheese!”, March 11-April 11, the West Coast premiere of Garry Marshall’s comedy.
