Oscar Award winning actress Margaret O’Brien attended the Sunday, June 10 performance of Peter Mac’s show, Get Happy! A 90th Birthday Celebration For Judy Garland, at Peter Mac’s Supper Club, on Sunday, June 10.
O’Brien co-starred with Judy Garland in the 1944 film, Meet Me In St. Louis, which earned her an Academy Award for Outstanding Child Actress. Additional film credits include The Canterville Ghost, Our Vines Have Tender Grapes, The Secret Garden and Little Women.
Mac’s brand new show, in which he performs as Judy Garland, takes the audience on a theatrical musical play through Garland’s life from her days in Vaudeville , to her illustrious film career at MGM, her legendary concert comebacks in the 50’s and 60’s, her CBS television series and beyond.
