Johnny Depp, Jennifer Lawrence, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Stone Among MTV Movie Award Winners

The 21st annual MTV Movie Awards were presented on Sunday, June 3 and aired live on MTV from Universal City’s Gibson Ampitheatre.

Broadway veteran Daniel Radcliffe was among the winners as part of the cast of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, along with Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and Tom Felton. In addition, his character in the film — Harry Potter — was named Best Hero.


The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 was named Movie of the Year, while additional winners included Jennifer Aniston, who won Best On-Screen Dirtbag for her performance in Horrible Bosses; Johnny Depp, who won the MTV Generation Award; Josh Hutcherson, who won Best Male Performance for his work in The Hunger Games; Jennifer Lawrence, who won Best Female Performance for her work in The Hunger Games; Melissa McCarthy, who won Best Comedic Performance for Bridesmaids; and Emma Stone, who took home the MTV Trailblazer Award.
