Ray Abruzzo is set to head up the cast of D. Tucker Smith’s Quake at the Open Fist Theatre, July 13-August 27. The production will be directed by Smith with Anjali Bhimani.

Quake is to be the first of three full-length world premieres debuting this summer at the Open Fist’s First Look Festival. The cast also includes Marc Aden Gray and Open Fist ensemble members Alex Pierce, Maxie Solters, and Stephanie Terronez.

Abruzzo is perhaps best known for playing Little Carmine Lupertazzi for four seasons on HBO’s The Sopranos. On stage, he was recently seen in Theresa Rebeck’s Mauritius at the Pasadena Playhouse, Cannibals at the Zephyr Theater, and the world premiere of John Patrick Shanley’s Italian-American Reconciliation.

Additional works in the festival will include the previously reported Shoshana Bean and Eydie Faye’s Dear John Mayer, along with Laura Richardson’s Life On This Couch, Rebecca Sue Haber’s Neither Here Nor There, Philip William Brock’s Singapore, Richard Manley’s An Ignorant Man, Jesse Bernstein’s The Power and the Glory: The Tale of Phil Ochs (American), and Jim Bontempo’s She’s the Best.
