Fisher Stevens to Direct Stand Up Guys Comedy

Fisher Stevens will direct the comic film Stand Up Guys, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The movie — which was previously known as Old Times – centers on two aging criminals, one of whom has been hired to kill his friend.

As a director, Stevens is currently represented on Broadway with John Leguizamo’s Ghetto Klown, and he won a PGA Award for producing the documentary The Cove.

As an actor, his stage credits include Torch Song Trilogy, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Carousel, The Exonerated, A Perfect Ganesh, and Twelfth Night.
