Emma Powell’s Busting Out! to Play L.A.’s Hayworth Theatre in October

Emma Powell’s Busting Out will play the Hayworth Theatre in Los Angeles, beginning performances on October 12 in anticipation of an official opening on October 16.

The show is a celebration of bouncy songs, wobbly jokes, and thigh-slapping sketches, along with practical demonstrations of the fascinating lesser-known uses of the leading ladies’ assets.

The performers for the engagement will include Powell, along with Mandi Lodge and Bev Killick.

Powell’s other work for the stage includes Dumped! The Musical We’ve Been Through, as well as the cabaret shows Two’s Company – Three’s On The Way and Two’s Company – Three’s a Crowd. As a performer, she has been seen in such musicals as Mamma Mia!, Fiddler on the Roof, and Les Miserables in her native Australia.
