David Hasselhoff Joins Cast of Piranha 3DD Film

Stage and screen star David Hasselhoff has joined the cast of the upcoming film, Piranha 3DD, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The comedy horror film will be directed by John Gulager, and will also feature Christopher Lloyd, Ving Rhames, and Paul Scheer. Filming is underway, with an expected opening on November 23.
Hasselhoff starred in the title roles of the Broadway musical Jekyll & Hyde and played Roger DeBris in the Las Vegas production of The Producers and Billy Flynn in the London production of Chicago.
The actor’s television credits include the popular series Knight Rider, Baywatch, Baywatch Nights, America’s Got Talent, and Dancing With the Stars. He is also a recording artist.
