T.R, Knight Joins 42 Film

Stage and television star T. R. Knight has joined the cast of Brian Hegeland’s film 42, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The film, which focuses on the racial integration of Major League Baseball, will star Chadwick Boseman as Jackie Robinson and Harrison Ford as Branch Rickey, along with stage veterans Christopher Meloni and Nicole Beharie.
Knight will play Harold Parrott, the Dodgers traveling secretary who has to deal with the repercussions of housing once Robinson joins the team.
Knight’s many stage credits include A Life in the Theatre, Parade, Noises Off, and Boy. He is well known for his work as George O’Malley on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy.
