Tim Minchin to Join Cast of Showtime’s Californication
Tim Minchin will join the cast of Showtime’s Californication, according to a report on Deadline.com. He will play Atticus Fetch, a charming, yet over-the-top, rock star.
Minchin has provided the music and lyrics for the Olivier Award-winning Matilda: The Musical, playing at the West End’s Cambridge Theatre, and, as previously reported, is scheduled to open on Broadway in 2013.
As a comedian, Minchin has toured internationally, with shows such as Darkside and So Rock.
