The play centers on the unlikely friendship that develops between the owner of a family-run donut shop in a decaying Chicago neighborhood and a young man who starts working in the store.

In addition to the previously announced Gary Cole (Arthur Przybyszewski) and Edi Gathegi (Franco Wicks), the company will feature Brian Abraham (Kiril Ivakin), Ron Bottitta (Max Tarasov), Paul Dillon (Luther Flynn), Mary Beth Fisher (Officer Randy Osteen), Damon Gupton (Officer James Bailey), and Kathryn Joosten (Lady Boyle).

The creative team will include John Arnone (scenic design), Laura Bauer (costume design), Daniel Ionazzi (lighting design), and Richard Woodbury (sound design).
