Roger Bean’s Summer of Love to Premiere at Musical Theatre West; Season Announced

Musical Theatre West has announced its lineup of shows for the 2010-2011 season, which includes the world premiere of Summer of Love, to perform at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center, April 1-17, 2011.

The show, created by Roger Bean, culls hits from the 1960s and 1970s, to tell the story of a young woman in search of her own “Summer of Love.”

Also on the theater’s schedule fare productions of Annie (October29 – November 14), Cats (February 11-27), and The Wedding Singer (July 8 – 24, 2011).
