Full Casting and Creative Team Announced for Wendy Graf’s Behind the Gates

Casting has been announced for Wendy Graf’s Behind the Gates, to run May 15 – July 3 at the Marilyn Monroe Theatre at the Lee Strasberg Creative Center. David Gautreaux will direct the production.

The play focuses on what happens when a troubled American teen vanishes into the mysterious world of Jerusalem’s ultra-Orthodox haredi community while on a summer trip to Israel and cuts off all communication with her desperate mother and father. The company will feature Tom Beyer, James Eckhouse, Annika Marks, Nicholas Mongiardo-Cooper, Oren Rehany, Robyn Roth, Keliher Walsh and Steven Robert Wollenberg.

The creative team will include Stephanie Kerley Schwartz (scenic design), Sarah Register (costume design), Angeline Summers-Marvel (lighting design), and Keith Stevenson (sound design).
