Casting has been announced for the Chandler Studio Theatre production of Breaking the Code, May 15-June 20, with direction by Robert Mammana.

Hugh Whitemore's play details the life of Alan Turing, best known for his work at Bletchley Park breaking the infamous German Enigma Code during World War II. Despite Turing's brilliance, his country turned its back on him for naively revealing the nature of his sexual orientation. Britain eventually arrested and prosecuted him for "Gross Indecency," the law by which Oscar Wilde had been ruined a half century before.

The cast will star Sam R. Ross as Turing, and feature Adam Burch, Armand DesHarnais, Sarah Lilly, David Robert May, David Ross Peterson, Joanna Strapp, Barry Saltzman, and Michael Tauzin.
