Alix Korey, Sal Mistretta, Adam Simmons Set for International City Theatre’s The Fix
International City Theatre (ICT) has announced casting for The Fix, to run April 24 – May 20 at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center. Randy Brenner will direct the production, which will have musical direction by Darryl Archibald and choreography by Heather Castillo.
With book and lyrics by John Dempsey and music by Dana P. Rowe, the show centers on how, after a U.S. senator and popular presidential candidate dies in the arms of his mistress, his widow attempts to thrust their son into the political spotlight.
The cast will feature Adam Simmons as Cal, Alix Korey as Violet, and Sal Mistretta as Grahame Chandler, along with Jay Donnell, Melanie Fernandez, Stephanie Hayslip, David Michael Laffey, William T. Lewis, and Carrie St. Louis.
The creative team will include Stephen Gifford (scenic design), Donna Ruzika (lighting design), Kim DeShazo (costume design), and Paul Fabre (sound design).
