Derricks, Malone, Ritchie, et al. Set for Pest Control…The Musical

Tony Award winner Cleavant Derricks, Beth Malone, Darren Ritchie, Joanna Glushak, and Dana Meller will headline the world premiere of Pest Control…The Musical to run April 10-May 26 at the Noho Arts Center in North Hollywood. The production, which will open officially on April 18, will be directed and choreographed by James J. Mellon.

The show, which is adapted from the novel by Bill Fitzhugh, features a book by John Jay Moores Jr., music by Vladamir Shainskiy, music and lyrics by Scott DeTurk, and lyrics by tea & tonik. It tells the story of Bob Dillon, a New York City exterminator who is misidentifed as a professional assassin and hired to kill the most dangerous man in the world.

The cast also includes John Allsopp, Suzanne Carlton, Paul Denniston, Megan S. Densmore, Janet Fontaine, Alex Robert Holmes, J.R. Mangels, Karesa McElheny, Sabrina Miller, Billie Puyear, Jay Willick, and Jonathan Zenz. The creative team features Eugene Cain-Epstein (sets), Scott Lane (costumes), Luke Moyer (lighting), and Jonathan Burke (sound).
