Cheyenne Jackson, Betty Buckley, and More Broadway Stars to Perform in S.T.A.G.E. Fundraising Concert

The annual Hollywood event will raise money for AIDS Project Los Angeles.

An all-star cast has been announced for the 30th annual Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event (S.T.A.G.E.), to take place Saturday, May 10, at the historic Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills. David Galligan directs with John McDaniel returning as Music Director.

Broadway's Cheyenne Jackson (Xanadu, Finian's Rainbow) is set to make his S.T.A.G.E. debut, along with fellow first-timers Tony nominee Lainie Kazan (My Big Fat Greek Wedding), Golden Globe Award winner Richard Chamberlain (Dr. Kildare), Mitzi Gaynor (South Pacific), and Jason Gould. Tony Award winner Betty Buckley (The Old Friends) will also perform in what will be her second S.T.A.G.E. appearance.

Raising funds for AIDS Project Los Angeles, this year's S.T.A.G.E. Goes to the Movies event will highlight some of the most memorable musical moments in the extensive Hollywood film library. Turner Classic Movies' Robert Osborne will host the evening, which will also feature celebrity columnist Rona Barrett narrating a cinematic costume cavalcade.

Additional stars of television and Broadway set to appear in the concert include Obba Babatunde, Mary Beth Black, Debby Boone, Patrick Cassidy, Mary Jo Catlett, Carole Cook, David Engel, Julie Garnye, Nicholas Ho Sking, Bill Hutton, Dale Kristien, Heather MacRae, Pat Marshall, Donna McKechnie, Patricia Morison, Janis Paige, Helen Reddy Rex Reed, Jake Simpson, and Kevin Spirtas.
