Stage and screen star Vanessa Williams, who is a Blank Theatre advisory board member, was among the guests at the company’s opening night celebration for Jon Marans’ The Cost of the Erection, on February 11. Daniel Henning has directed the production, which runs through March 18.
In the play, the wife of a Manhattan architect forces her husband to compete against a younger architect to design her new raw-space apartment overlooking the Hudson River.
The cast features daytime television stars Michael E. Knight of All My Children and Robin Riker of The Bold and the Beautiful, along with Kal Bennett and James Louis Wagner.
