Broadway star John Thomas and T.J Miller will play half-brothers in the Fox comedy pilot Little Brother, according to Deadline.com.

Stamos has starred on Broadway in Bye Bye Birdie, Nine, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Cabaret.

He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Jesse Katsopolis on the hit sitcom Full House. His many other television credits also include Glee, ER, General Hospital, and A Raisin in the Sun.
