Getty Villa Announces Productions for Villa Theater Lab Series

Getty Villa has announced the productions which will be part of its annual Villa Theater Lab Series, set to run February 17-19 and March 23-25.
The series will kick off with Critical Mass Performance Group’s latest work An Alcestis Project (February 17-19), which explores ancient myths of the faithful wife who descends to the realm of the dead. Nancy Keystone will direct.
Rogue Artists Ensemble will continue the season with Songs of Bilitis (March 23-25). In the show, the Los Angeles mask and puppet troupe tells the story of one of the great literary hoaxes of history.
