JoAnne Worley, Adam Wylie, et al. Join Richard M. Sherman for A Supercalifragilistic Evening

Two-time Academy and Grammy Award winner Richard M. Sherman will offer three performances of A Supercalifragilistic Evening with Richard M. Sherman at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, February 26-27. JoAnne Worley will make a special guest appearance in the show.

Sherman will perform his songs and share stories behind them. He will be joined by Adam Wylie, Christine Capsuto, Joey D’Auria, Amy Gillette, Gilmore Rizzo, and Laura Thatcher.

Sherman, with brother Robert B. Sherman, won Oscars and Grammy Awards for his scores for Mary Poppins and The Jungle Book. The Sherman Brothers’ other credits include songs for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, The AristoCats, and several Winnie the Pooh movies. On Broadway, his songs have been heard in the stage adaptations of Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as well as in the musical Over Here! His most recent project is the musical Pazzazz!, which he’s written with Milt Larsen.
