Richard Schiff Joins Cast of Superman: Man of Steel Movie

Richard Schiff has joined the cast of Superman: Man of Steel, according to a report in Variety. He will be playing a character named Dr. Hamilton.
As previously reported, the film will star Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Laurence Fishburne as newspaper editor Perry White, and Kevin Costner and Diane Lane as Superman’s adoptive Earth parents, Jonathan and Martha Kent.
Schiff’s stage credits include SMASH!,Talley’s Folley, and Underneath the Lintel. He is best known for his Emmy Award-winning work as Toby Ziegler on NBC’s The West Wing, and his other television credits include Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, White Collar, and The Cape.
