Kim Huber, Tom Schmid to Star in 3-D Theatricals’ The Sound of Music

3-D Theatricals is set to present The Sound of Music, February 10-26 at Plummer Auditorium. T.J. Dawson will direct.

The final collaboration between Rodgers and Hammerstein, The Sound of Music is one of the world’s best loved musicals.

The cast will star Kim Huber as Maria and Tom Schmid as Captain Von Trapp as well as Melissa Batalles, Matthew Benedict, Abby Bolin, John Butz, Carin Castellano, Megan Cherry, Deborah Chitty, Macleish Day, Kaitlyn Etter, Amy Glinskas, Tessa Grady, Pamela Hamill, Laura Hathaway, Bonnie Kovar, Stephanie Leppert, Michael Marchak, Cynthia Marty, Kimberly McCoy, Hadley Miller, Jenna Lea Rosen, Griffin Runnels, Natalie Sachse, Stefanie Salai, Peter Schueller, Neil Starkenberg, James Stellos, Carter Thomas, Matthew Thurmond, Jill Van Velzer, Jaidyn Young, Zachary Zaret, Tamara Zook, and Cozi Zuehlsdorff.

Musical Direction will be by Julie Lamoureux, and choreography is by Kami Seymour. The design team will include Bruce Goodrich (set design), Kent Sheranian (lighting design), John Feinstein (sound design), Kat Senior (hair/wig design), and Terry Hanrahan (prop design).
