Carol Channing to Perform at Hollywood’s Magic Castle

Carol Channing will perform her solo show The First 80 Years are the Hardest at 8pm on March 2 and 3 at Hollywood’s Magic Castle. She will be launching a new series Cabaret at the Castle.

The intimate evening will be a benefit for the Dr. Carol Channing Foundation for the Arts, an organization dedicated to raising the awareness for the need of and to bring the arts back into the public school system.

Channing won the Tony Award for Hello, Dolly! and also appeared on Broadway in The Vamp, Lend an Ear, and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. She received an Oscar nomination for Thoroughly Modern Millie
