The Jim Small Band has been a fixture in the Long Island club scene for over 25 years, beginning with their early success at Bay Shore's Silver Music Dollar Saloon. They bring a reputation of playing tightly crafted arrangements, honed during more than 5,000 live performances. The versatility of the musicians gives the music a wide variety of styles, some songs being guitar driven, others feature a full horn section or delicate four part vocal harmony.
