Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor, New York, has announced a weeklong extension for its production of Five Presidents, a new drama written by Emmy Award winner Rick Cleveland (Six Feet Under, The West Wing, and House of Cards). Performances will now run from June 23-July 19.

Directed by Mark Clements, Five Presidents follows a meeting among one current and four former American Presidents who gather on the day of Richard Nixon’s funeral. Together, they vent frustrations, revisit old grievances, and reveal the toll that it takes on any person foolish enough to seek the highest office in the land.

The cast stars John Bolger (Twelve Angry Men), Mark Jacoby (Ragtime), Martin L’Herault (Godspell), Reese Madigan (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof), Steve Sheridan (Curb Your Enthusiasm), and Britt Whittle (30 Rock).

The creative teams includes Todd Edward Ivins (set design), Jesse Klug (lighting design), Brian Jerome Peterson (sound design), Mary Folino (costume design), and Lauren Wilde (makeup design).
