London Spring Awakening to Close on May 30

The London production of the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening will end its run Novello Theatre on May 30. It opened there on March 21, just a week after the conclusion of its run at the Lyric Hammersmith.

The show, which is based on Frank Wedekind's novel, is written by Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater, directed by Michael Mayer, and choreographed by Bill T. Jones.

The cast features Aneurin Barnard (Melchior), Lucy Barker (Ilse), Natasha Barnes (Anna), Chris Barton (Swing), Jamie Blackley (Hanschen), Hayley Gallivan (Martha), Natalie Garner (swing), Mona Goodwin (swing), Evelyn Hoskins (Thea), Edd Judge (Otto), Harry McEntire (Ernst), Jamie Muscato (swing), Gemma O'Duffy (swing), Iwan Rheon (Moritz), Jos Slovick (Georg), Richard Southgate (swing), and Charlotte Wakefield (Wendla). All of the adult roles are played by Sian Thomas and Richard Cordery.
