Glee Cast Receives BRIT Award Nomination

The cast of FOX’s Glee has been nominated for a BRIT award in the International Breakthrough Category, according to published reports. The awards, which honor the best in music, will be presented at the O2 Arena in London on February 15; James Corden will host the ceremony.

British rapper Tinie Tempah led the field with four nominations, while Plan B, Mumford & Sons, and The XX each received three nominations. Jessie J has already been named the winner of The Critics’ Choice Award

Other nominees include Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Black Eyed Peas, Vampire Weekend, Alicia Keys, Robert Plant, Bruce Springsteen, Take That, Arcade Fire, Kings of Leon, Ellie Goulding, Cheryl Cole, Katy Perry, Cee Lo Green, Kylie Minogue, Rihanna, Kanye West, Robyn, Mark Ronson, and Eminem.
