Incomplete and Random Acts of Kindness tells the story of Joey -- an ordinary man that finds that everywhere he looks people are slipping away. A notice at work catches his eye. He doesn't know where to go next: his Dad, the community, or Marvin Gaye. In a world he can't connect with is there some one out there who can connect with Joey?
