In Hush, Griff and Lydia Savage are expecting a baby. Their first. They've considered it carefully, and decided the time is right. The promotion, the house in the suburbs, the new car. So they've planned ahead, and conceived right on schedule. Their little stranger. Everything just as it should be. Except Griff. He's not well. He can't relax. He's hearing things. He's having nightmares about the baby. Tonight they're expecting guests. Griff isn't in the mood for visitors. He decides to take matters into his own hands. The Savages are going to have company tonight. But it's not the company they're expecting.
