Roof Collapses at London's Apollo Theatre Mid-Performance

London’s Apollo is home to ”The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time”.

A piece of the roof and/or ceiling at London’s Apollo Theatre, home to the acclaimed production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, collapsed mid-performance, according to reports on various social media. Eight fire trucks are currently at the scene, reports WhatsOnStage.com, the sister site of TheaterMania.com. A rescue mission to recover trapped audience members is currently underway.

UPDATE: 4:47PM EST — The London Fire Brigade is reporting that all audience members who were trapped under the rubble have been freed. There is no official word on whether anyone was killed in the accident.
