Barb Jungr Schedules February Appearances at The Pheansantry

Cabaret star Barb Jungr has scheduled a series of appearances at The Pheasantry, for February 8-12, with an encore appearance scheduled for March 6. In the shows, Jungr will be joined by Mari Wilson and Gwyneth Herbert, as well as Adrian York on piano.

The program will include songs by Burt Bacharach, The B52’s, David Bowie, Dolly Parton, and Rodgers and Hammerstein, among others.

Jungr received the 2008 Nightlife Award for Outstanding Cabaret Vocalist and a Best International Artist 2003 Backstage Award. Her recordings include Just Like a Woman – A Hymn to Nina, Walking in the Sun, Love Me Tender, Waterloo Sunset, Every Grain of Sand, and her most recent, The Men I Love.
