Britain's Actors Equity has announced the winners of its annual Clarence Derwent Awards, according to WhatsOnStage.com. The awards are given for the best supporting actor and actress on a UK stage.

Sheridan Smith has won for her role as Doris in Flare Path, while William Gaunt has been awarded for playing the roles of Worcester and Shallow in Henry IV Parts I and II.

The awards ceremony took place earlier today, November 18 at the Duke of York's Theatre in London.
