Henry Goodman to Star in National Theatre’s The Holy Rosenbergs

Henry Goodman will star in Ryan Craig’s new play The Holy Rosenbergs, which begins performances on March 8 at the National Theatre’s Cottesloe. The production will be directed by Laurie Sansom. Additional casting and creative team will be announced shortly.

Goodman will play David, a good-hearted mean who clings to a deal that could save his catering company and his standing in Edgware’s Jewish community.

Goodman won Olivier Awards for performances in The Merchant of Venice and Assassins. Among his many credits are Yes, Prime Minister, Fiddler on the Roof, The Exonerated, The Birthday Party, The Hypochondriac and Duet for One.
