Ruth Bratt, Pippa Evans, David Reed Set for The Showstoppers Residency at Charing Cross Theatre

The Showstoppers, a group of improvisers who make up a fully-realized musical on the spot, have announced a Sunday residency at the Charing Cross Theatre, October 7-December 23. Musical direction is by Duncan Walsh-Atkins.

In the show, a writer has just one night to create a hit show to impress his producer. Stuck for ideas, he takes audience suggestions for a title, storylines, and musical styles. The Showstoppers then create a musical from scratch based on those ideas.

Created by Dylan Emery and Adam Meggido, the cast features Ruth Bratt, Pippa Evans, David Reed, Oliver Senton, Chris Ash, Duncan Walsh Atkins, Julie Clare, Dylan Emery, Sean McCann, Adam Meggido, Philip Pellew, Nigel Pilkington, Lucy Trodd, and Sarah Louise Young.
