Brian Cox to Star in Theatre of Dreams Movie

Broadway veteran Brian Cox will be among the stars of the upcoming movie, Theatre of Dreams, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
David Scheinmann will direct this fictional coming-of-age drama set in Manchester, England. It is about how Manchester United’s manager Matt Busby helps an 11-year-old boy to fulfill his footballing dreams.
10-year-old Jack Smith will play the boy, with the rest of the adult cast including Natascha McElhone, Anne Reid and Philip Jackson.
Cox most recently starred on Broadway in That Championship Season, with other Main Stem credits including Rock ‘N’ Roll, Art, and Strange Interlude.
