Tony Award winner Jonathan Pryce will star in a revival of Athol Fugard’s rarely seen play Dimetos at the Donmar Warehouse, March 19-May 9. The production will be helmed by Donmar associate director Douglas Hodge. No other details have been announced.

Written in 1975, the play is a moving story about love, guilt, retribution and faith in a modern world of moral decay. Five years on, a stranger from the metropolis arrives to tempt him back with devastating consequences.

Pryce’s many previous theater credits include Miss Saigon, Comedians, Glengarry Glen Ross, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The Goat, My Fair Lady, and Oliver! His film and TV credits include Evita, The Pirates of the Caribbean, Ronin, Tomorrow Never Dies and Carrington.
