Full Casting Announced for West End La Cage Aux Folles

Full casting has been announced for the Menier Chocolate Factory’s revival of the Jerry Herman-Harvey Fierstein musical La Cage Aux Folles, to be directed by Terry Johnson, will run at the Playhouse Theater, October 20-January 10.

As previously announced, Douglas Hodge will play Albin, while Denis Lawson will play Georges. They will be joined by Olivier Award winner Tracie Bennett as Jacqueline, Alicia Davies as Anne, Jason Pennycooke as Jacob, Stuart Neal as Jean-Michel, Iain Mitchell as Renaud and M. Dindon, and Paula Wilcox as Mme. Renaud and Mme. Dindon.

The cast will also feature Zoe Ann Brown, Ben Bunce, Darren Carnall, Nicholas Cunningham, Ben Deery, Adrian Der Gregorian, Nolan Frederick, Leanne Harwood, Matt Krzan, Robert Maskell, Dane Quixall, Duncan Smith, and Scott Speadbury.

The show will feature choreography by Lynne Page, design by Tim Shortal, costumes by Matthew Wright, sound by Gareth Owen, orchestrations by Jason Carr, and musical direction by Nigel Lilly.
