Two-time Oscar winner Dame Elizabeth Taylor is expected to soon be able to return home following a hospitalization, according to a report by the Associated Press.

According to initial published reports, the 76-year-old actress suffered from congestive heart failure, and was put on life support. The AP quotes a statement from her publicist, Dick Guttman, that reads “Ms. Taylor is fine. Her hospital visit was precautionary. She will be returning home shortly. At present, she is surrounded by family, friends and fabulous jewels.”

Taylor won her Oscars for Butterfield 8 and the film version of Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? She received a Tony nomination for the 1981 revival of The Little Foxes.
