West End Revival of The Fantasticks to Close on June 26

The West End revival of The Fantasticks at the Duchess Theatre will close on June 26, less than five weeks after its first preview, according to Whatsonstage.com. The show had been scheduled to run to at least early September.

Amon Miyamoto directed and choreograph the production of the musical, which has lyrics and music by Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt.

The cast featured Luke Brady, David Burt, Hadley Fraser, Paul Hunter, Edward Petherbridge, Clive Rowe, and Lorna Want. The creative team includes production designer Rumi Matsui and lighting designer Rick Fisher.
