The West End smash hit Billy Elliot The Musical will welcome four new cast members to the Victoria Palace Theatre beginning May 13.

Anna-Jane Casey (Spamalot) will join in the role of Billy's dance teacher, Mrs. Wilkinson; Kevin Wathen (Quadrophenia) will take over the role of Billy's brother, Tony; Howard Crossley (Camino Real) will take on the role of George; and Alexander Loxton (Sylvia at the Dutch National Ballet) will play Older Billy. They join a cast that features Deka Walmsley as Billy's Dad, Kay Milbourne as Dead Mum, Simon Ray as Mr. Braithwaite, and Ann Emery in the role of Grandma (which she originated when the show premiered in 2005).

Currently alternating in the title role are Harris Beattie, Tade Biesinger, Harrison Dowzell, and Redmand Rance. Zach Atkinson, Joe Massey, and Thomas Moore will also continue to alternate the role of Billy's best friend Michael, alongside Dayna Dixon, Macy Stasiak, and Millie Thornton, who alternate as Debbie.

The musical also welcomes new ensemble members Claudia Bradley, Lee Hoy, Dean Maynard, Alan Mehdizadeh, Ryan O'Gorman, Charlotte Riby, and Edmund Shaw, who will join current ensemble members Craig Armstrong, David Bardsley, Paul Basleigh, Spencer Cartwright, Lucinda Collins, Matthew Dale, Gillian Elisa, Helen French, Ruri James, David Muscat, Steve Paget, Spencer Stafford, and Mike Scott.

Billy Elliot The Musical is a stage adaptation of the 2000 film, which follows a boy who dreams of becoming a ballet dancer despite the wishes of his father, who is deeply embroiled in the 1984/5 miners' strike in Northeast England. Directed by Stephen Daldry, the production features music by Elton John, a book and lyrics by Lee Hall, and choreography by Peter Darling.
