Wendi Peters to Star in West End Transfer of The Mystery of Edwin Drood

The Tony Award-winning Broadway musical The Mystery of Edwin Drood is set to transfer to the West End’s Arts Theatre, May 18-June 17, after a run at the Landor Theatre in south London. Matthew Gould will direct, and musical direction will be by James Cleeve.

Written by Rupert Holmes and based on Dickens’ final unfinished novel, The Mystery of Edwin Drood follows the characters from the Theatre Royale Music Hall Company as they set about completing the unfinished story of Edwin Drood.

The production will star Wendi Peters, and the cast will also include Natalie Day, Victoria Farley, Daniel Robinson, Loula Geater, David Francis, Denis Delahunt, Richard Stirling, Chris Coleman, Oliver Mawdsley, Paul Hutton, Tom Pepper, and Ben Goffe.

Orchestrations are by Tony Osborne.
