Sir Peter Hall will direct Shakespeare’s Henry IV, Parts 1 and 2, as part of the summer season at the Theatre Royal Bath, according to a report on Whatsonstage.com.

The plays, which center on Henry VI’s reign after he’s ascended to the throne following the overthrow of King Richard II, as well as Prince Hal’s more raucous youth, will run in rotating repertory July 7-August 13.

The Theatre Royal Bath season will also include Noel Coward’s infrequently produced look at life in England between the World Wars, This Happy Breed (July 19 – August 13), to be directed by Stephen Unwin, and Alan Bennett’s The Madness of George III (August 17-September 3), to be directed by Christopher Luscombe.
