Julia Ford to Replace Jemma Redgrave in Liverpool Everyman’s Macbeth

Julia Ford will play Lady Macbeth in Shakespeare’s Macbeth, to run May 6 – June 11 at the Liverpool Everyman, according to a report on Whatsonstage.com. She replaces Jemma Redgrave who has withdrawn for personal reasons.

As previously reported, Gemma Bodinetz is directing the production, which also stars David Morrissey in the title role.

Ford’s stage credits include The Life of Galileo, Piano, The Crucible, Yerma, and School for Wives at the National. Her television credits include Law & Order, Being Human, Red Riding Trilogy and Shameless.
