Phil Collins, Diana Krall, and Jessye Norman are among the artists scheduled to participate in the 2010 Montreux Jazz Festival, according to a report in The New York Times. The Festival will run July 2-17.

Collins will be on hand to offer a pre-Festival concert in which he will explore 1960s Motown and soul music. Norman’s appearance will be part of a performance to be offered on July 4 in which jazz keyboardists, including Brad Mehldau, deliver a concert of jazz, classical, and gospel music.

Pianist-vocalist Diana Krall, who last year released an album of bossa nova-inspired music, will share a bill with husband Elvis Costello playing with The Sugarcanes on July 13. Additionally, Herbie Hancock will make his 26th appearance at the Festival on July 16.

Among the other performers on the bill at the festival are Chick Corea, Keith Jarrett, Norah Jones, Mark Knopfler, and Pat Metheny.
