The play is set in Britain in the near future, when much of the country is underwater. The government has been reduced to a group of fascist strongmen, where men patrol the moors looking for illegals in a rural outpost of the state. The company features Gethin Anthony, Craig Conway, Matti Houghton, Dearblha Molloy, Paul Rattray, and Danny Webb.

The creative team includes takis (production design), Matt Prentice (lighting design), Christopher Shutt (sound design), and Tom Mills (original music).
